Billing and Payment Policy

All invoiced services, including transport, are treated as a single entity for billing purposes. If an outstanding balance occurs, the policy regarding non-payment will apply to the entire outstanding amount. Parents cannot selectively argue against the discontinuation of services based on the non-utilization of a specific service. Once a fee is outstanding, the payment policy will be enforced.

All invoiced fees must be paid exclusively into the school's designated bank account. The school assumes no responsibility for payments made into an incorrect account, or an account belonging to any employee or unauthorized individual.

Withdrawal of Additional Services

In the event that a parent has applied for additional services and subsequently wishes to withdraw their child, the parent must formally cancel the service in writing and provide one month's notice.

● Quarterly Payments: 2% discount 

● Annual Payment: 5% discount if paid before or on January 1st 

Sibling Rebates 

● The school offers a 10% discount on tuition fees for the 2nd and 3rd child enrolling from the same family. The eldest child will be charged at the standard rate. 

NOTE

Please be advised that if you select the term payment option, but the full fee amount remains outstanding after October 1st, the 2% term payment discount will be rescinded. Conversely, if you opt for the annual payment option, but the full annual payment is not received by January 1st, you will automatically be granted the 2% term payment discount. Furthermore, the family discount is strictly reserved for siblings. Cousins may qualify only if they share the same guardian. The school reserves the right to request verification of the relationship and parental dependency should there be any doubt regarding whether the children are siblings or share the same guardian.
