EXTRA MURALS

 We have a music choir trained by one of the region's greatest instructors. Our music choir is completely free. We let the youngsters audition so that we could choose the children who have a wonderful voice. We recognize that not all children will be singers, which is why we provide ample activities for all youngsters.   

Our kids are learning to swim once a week during school hours. Soneike Private School strives to provide as many extracurricular activities as possible for our students. We have organised various local clubs to enrol our students at a small additional cost that is not included in the monthly fee payment. If your child joins our school, they will have the opportunity to learn how to swim.  

  We provide robotics at a minimum monthly cost of R 200. Our robotics and coding programs aim to guide and prepare students to solve problems, think critically, work collaboratively and creatively, function in a digital and information-driven world, apply digital and ICT skills, and transfer these skills to everyday problems. In our primary school, robotics is outsourced to a trusted company, and in our middle and high schools, it is taught by our trained instructors.   

 Our Net Netball Club was established with an objective of improving the standard of netball. We offer free netball to all of our middle and high school students. Our team always attends tournaments and competes against other schools.
 

Debating can be a fantastic way to really develop students analytical skills and confidence when speaking. Your child can join our middle or high school team

We  offer chess lessons every Monday to our students in Grade 6 to 11. This is a fantastic way to develop problem solving skills and critical thinking. 

Our middle and high school students have the opportunity to join our rugby club for free. At Soneike Private School, we strive to provide as many opportunities as possible. 

 With our computer courses, each student advances in his/her own pace without being part of a formal structured class. This ensures no group pressure, flexible training and the freedom to set the times of your training. To maintain optimum concentration, it is advised that training does not exceed 1 hour a day. 

  We offer a free hockey club at our middle and high schools. We have a Minnie Hockey field. Our goal is to compete against local schools. We encourage our students to participate in at least one activity in order to become physically healthy, which is why we provide as many sports as possible.
