Admission Process

Step 1: Viewing of the school

Step 2: Online registration + paying of application fee R700

Step 3: Enrollment packs will be emailed to you

Step 4: You will receive a date to bring the child to school for an assessment; please bring all documents that will be required and sign the contract

Step 5: After the assessment, you will receive an accepted/unaccepted letter

Step 6: You will be required to pay a NON-refundable registration fee immediately after approval or before 1st of July 2025

Step 7: Attend the next SPS Information Evening

Step 8: Visit a uniform shop and buy a uniform according to uniform guidelines

Enrolment Fees for New Students

• Seat Guarantee Deposit: R2,000 (non-refundable) Due by July 1, 2025, to secure the seat until the tuition payment deadline on January 1, 2026. This deposit cannot be deducted from the tuition fee.
• How the Seat Deposit Works
• New Students : The seat deposit is part of the registration fee. The seat deposit serves an important role in our admissions process and contributes to creating a welcoming and well-prepared environment for new students.

Seat deposit for new student 

Pre-grade R to grade R : R1000

Grade 1 to grade 7 : R2000

Grade 8 to grade 12 : R3000

Kuilsriver and Blackhealth

6 months to 12 months: R3 000 Monthly 

12 months to 18 months: R 2800 , 2600 Returning Child Monthly .

19 Months to 4 Years :  R 31200 Annually

Pre-Grade R - Grade 3 : R 30,600 Annually

Grade 4 to Grade 6 : R33000 Annually

Grade 7 to Grade 9 : R36 000 Annually

Grade 10 to 12 : R39600 Annually

Note : This excludes the seat deposit and admission fee

Boston 

Grade 8 - Grade 10 : 42 000 Annually

With an initial fee of R3,000 and an admission fee of R700.

Grade 12

Note: Grade 12 fees at Kuilsriver and Blackheath Schools are payable over 10 months, starting from January 1st to October 1st.

Enrollment is limited. Our hope is to have enough room for all children wishing to participate in our After School Program; however, we cannot always accommodate everyone. 

Aftercare - January to November

Registration : R300 

Monthly payment : R900

This program is available for all currently enrolled SPS students, grades GR 0 - 12

Our daycare, Kiddies Planet, offers the option of transportation from home to school and back for R1100 per month. 

The transport is safe, with each child having their own seat, and there will always be teachers accompanying the children.
