Thank you for your interest shown in SPS. 

Follow these easy steps as indicated below and we will have your Application completed in no time. 

Step 1 : Viewing of the school.

Step 2 : Online registration + paying of application fee

 Step 3. Enrollment packs will be emailed to you. 

Step 4:  You will receive a date to bring the child to school for an assessment, please bring all documents that will be required and Sign the contract.

 Step 5: After the assessment, you will receive an accepted/unaccepted  letter. 

Step 6. You will be required to pay a NON refundable registration fee immediately after the approval or before 1st of October 2024. 

Step 7 : Attend the next SPS Information Evening. 

Step 8 : Visit a uniform shop and buy a uniform according to uniform guidelines.

SEAT GUARANTEE DEPOSIT 

Below non-refundable advance deposit  due by October 1, 2024. This will secure the seat until 1st January , 2025, the fees payment deadline. The seat deposit can not be deducted from the tuition fee.
E.g Grade 1 annual payment for new student is R650 admission fee + 2000 seat deposit + 27 600 total R30250

1.  R to R/0 : R1000

2. Grade 1 - 7 : R2000

3. Grade 8 - 10 : R3000

All communication will be directed to primary parent.

1. SPP: Age 4-5   :  R 22 200
2. Kiddies Planet: Age 1 - Grade R : R30 000
3. Grade R - 3   :  R 27 600
4. Grade 4 - 6   :  R 30 000
5. Grade  7 - 9  :  R 32 400
6. Grade 10 - 11  :  R 36 000

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Plan 1:  Full Annual School Fees before 1st January. ( 5 % discount ) 
2. Plan 2 : Annual School Fees spread over 10 months (1st February– 1st November). 
3. Plan 3 : Annual School Fees spread over 11 months (15 January – 15 November.
4. Plan 4 : Annual School fee spread over 12 Months ( 1st January to 1st December ). 
5. Plan 5 : Annual School Fees spread over 4 terms. ( discount of 2% ).

4 Quarterly Payments includes 2% discount

Annual Amount - 1 Payment including upfront discount @ 5% ( Payable before or on the 1st of January )

SIBLINGS REBATES 2025

The school offers a 10% discount/sibling rebate on registration and tuition fees for 2nd and 3rd child enrolling from the same family. The eldest child is charged at the standard fee rate.

Enrollment is limited. Our hope is to have enough room for all children wishing to participate in our After School Program; however, we cannot always accommodate everyone. 

Aftercare - February to November

Registration : R300 

Monthly payment : R800

Standard Bank 10183281932  Reference : Name and Surname of the child.  

After care fee include snack , homework , before and after care service. After care is from after school until 6pm. 

• This program is available for all currently enrolled SPS students, grades GR 0 - 10
• Aftercare starts from 1st February to  end of November.
